SEARS Media Buying Plan Project
As part of an IMC Media Buying class, we were split into groups and told to choose from a handful of failing companies that were in need a revamped media buying plan. As you can see from the headline, we obviously chose SEARS. We were tasked with tackling the issue of outdated branding, a steady decline in revenue and the saturation of domestic markets by other retailers.
